Model of a large harbour warehouse or industrial building, exactly in 1:87.
These concrete warehouses are characteristic of Dutch industrial architecture from the 20th century. Constructed of concrete and brick, they were built in all shapes and sizes throughout most of the country.
The model is a kit made of laser-cut MDF and cardboard. For the windows, you can choose between whole, cracked, and missing pieces of glass. This allows you to build the building in either a good or dilapidated state. The large side door is suitable for a railway connection; you can install a Viessmann roller door there, for example. The building can be seamlessly expanded with one or more "Industrial Facade" kits.
