Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order free of charge until the moment it is shipped. After shipment, you have the right to return your order within 14 days. In that case, you will receive a refund of the full purchase amount, excluding shipping costs. The following items are excluded from returns: clearance items, workshops, and services. The cost of returning the goods is at your own expense.

To exercise this right, you can create a return request for your order in your account. Alternatively, you may send your order directly to the return address below.

We will refund the amount due within 14 days after receiving your return, provided that the product has been received in its original condition and in good order. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used when placing the order.

Conditions for Return Acceptance

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us together with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

If the product is damaged, or if the packaging has been damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect and try the product, we may charge you for any resulting loss in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.
