Foam & Spume
This material is used for the "finishing touch" of moving water. Add fun details in the form of foam heads on waves or splashing water in a wild stream.
Foam & Spume can be applied carefully with a brush. By the way, it is colored model water and not white paint. Normal white paint would reduce the shine of the water and give it a dull appearance.
