Scratches Effects
This fun product allows you to recreate a worn, scratched and damaged paint layer. First apply a base coat of acrylic paint, followed by a layer of Scratches Effects and a top coat of an acrylic colour of your choice. Let it dry completely, wet the surface with water and rub gently with a hard, stiff brush until the bottom layer of paint is visible.
