Ballast medium light gray

Realistic ballast from Woodland Scenics. Made from crushed and coloured stones. Combine different colours for a realistic looking ballast bed.

This is how you apply ballast... sprinkle the ballast over the rails and spread the ballast between the rails with a fine brush. Make sure that the ballast does not protrude above the sleeper and that there is no ballast on the side of the rails. Spray the ballast wet with water and drop diluted glue or Scenic Cement over the ballast. After 24 hours of drying your ballast bed is ready.
