Looks Like Glass by Deluxe Materials is an ultra-thin, water-based, transparent liquid for creating a smooth, glass-like effect on plastic model kit parts such as clear cockpit canopies.
Dip plastic parts in the liquid and let them dry for 2 to 3 hours. The details in the surface are preserved.
