Angled Sawtooth Roof Warehouse
Angled Sawtooth Roof Warehouse
Model of a classic shed or workshop with sawtooth roof, exactly in 1:87.
The prototype of this kit is located at the former municipal yard in Hilversum. The history of the building dates back to 1916, when the site was used as a pharmaceutical factory. From 1930 onwards, the area was used by the city of Hilversum as a municipal works yard. These characteristic warehouses can still be found all over The Netherlands, from the port of Rotterdam to the Achterhoek region.
This kit consists of laser-cut MDF, grey cardboard, and museum board. This version of the warehouse is positioned at an angle, allowing for a more playful placement on the model railway layout. For assembly, we recommend Laser-Cut Kit Glue by Deluxe Materials (also available in this shop).
